ERNI and Enkerl GmbH bring robot technology to the food service industry and onto the streets with the first all-electric, high-tech soft ice cream robot. Together with ABB Robotics GoFa, the HRC gripper ensures safe and hygienic handling of ice cream cones and serves customers directly. Another gripper from the GEP2000 series is responsible for the precise opening and closing of the jaws for dispensing the ice cream cones. The ERNI Sommerfrische not only meets high safety and hygiene standards and ensures that the food is not contaminated before it is served to customers, but also offers delicious refreshment on hot summer days.
